Hi, I’m Hannah
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy + Strength Coach + Wife + Enneagram 3 + Runner + Cyclist + Gym Nerd + F1 mega-fan.
Background:
I graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2008 and went on to spend the first 8 years of my career as a strength coach, personal trainer, and yoga instructor. After many years of performance-based coaching, my desire to better help my athletes through injury and setbacks, led me back to school to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado.
I have a special interest in working with runners, cyclists, Cross-Fitters, and anyone interested in healthspan and longevity. I love training all ability levels—from athletes looking to crush their next race, to fitness newbies wondering where to start. Additionally, I am trained in pelvic floor PT and enjoy working with women who are pregnant and postpartum.
