Whether you are an entrepreneur, busy Mom, or simply glued to your desk for 8 hours a day, making time for self-care can be hard. I offer in-home physical therapy to help you get the treatment that you need while minimizing the time away from your job, family, or sport. I bring my foldable PT table, dry needles and cups for manual-work, and we will use your home equipment for exercise-related treatment. Sessions are 1 hour.

My Approach: 3 Step Process

We will address pain, restore mobility, and support athletic recovery via soft tissue care. Manual therapy modalities include dry needling, cupping, massage.

Most aches, pains, and reoccurring injuries are a result of poor movement patterns, faulty biomechanics, and/or sub-optimal training programs. This is my wheelhouse. You will learn what went wrong, why it occurred, and how exactly to fix it.

We will build a customized plan to get you healthy, resilient, and strong AF. This is injury prevention. This is durability. This is the long game.

Physical therapy vs personal training?
Not sure if you need “PT” or are ready for gym-based work? No problem. Rehab and strength exist on a continuum. Our sessions will be structured based on what you need that particular day. We work on anything from hands-on bodywork, to heavy barbell lifting, and sometimes a little of both.
