I offer in-home personal training sessions so that grabbing a workout does not mean sacrificing time with your kids, career, or favorite sports.
I am passionate about movement and fastidious about form, let me help you get your technique dialed. I will teach you how to move and train in a way that prevents injury, makes your workouts super-efficient, and supports the other areas of your life (endurance sports, racquet sports, parent-life, desk-job, etc). Whether you have a fully built-out COVID gym, or just some equipment basics, sessions are tailored to your unique situation. You set the session frequency.
Ultra-busy and live by your calendar? Having a standing appointment will help you stay committed and accountable to your fitness.
Comfortable in the weight room, but need an occasional technique check? Schedule a single session anytime.
