1:1 COACHING
I offer 1:1 remote coaching for health and performance. This is for individuals who are looking for an all-encompassing, tailored training plan with accountability and 1:1 support.
Customized programming delivered via the Train Heroic app designed to meet your goals. Weekly workouts include strength, conditioning, and mobility - all located in the app. We will use the app messaging system to touch base weekly. Additionally, you have the option to schedule a monthly 30 min virtual check-in to discuss goals, nutrition questions, nagging pains, exercise form, body composition data, stress management techniques, VO2 max and performance metrics, program adjustments for upcoming travel - anything! You are also welcome to email me questions at any time. If you are looking for body composition changes and/or to achieve specific health and fitness goals, this is the option for you.

With more than 13 years of coaching experience and a doctorate in physical therapy, I am a pro at helping individuals wade through the clutter. So take a deep breath and let’s get a game plan together to start crushing your goals.
Strength Programming
I offer customized strength programming delivered via the Train Heroic app for individuals who are tired of wandering aimlessly around the gym. Programming is customized to your goals and periodized for progressive overload. Please note that this option involves strength work ONLY (for an all-encompassing program that includes cardio/endurance specifics, see 1:1 coaching). This option is great for endurance athletes who have a good sense of how to train for their sport, but need some direction in the gym. Also good for individuals who are self-motivated, but do best by following a plan.
This is not for individuals working through injury. Please see the 1:1 coaching option for rehab support.
